The Oklahoma State Cowboys and star guard Cade Cunningham come to Lubbock, to battle Terrence Shannon Jr. and The Texas Tech Red Raiders. Both teams look to make a statement on their first game of 2020, find out what to look for and how to catch the game below.

The Cowboys have 6 and 2 records with both of their losses coming in close games with conference opponents including #8 Texas. All 6 of their wins come against mid-majors. OSU will try and prove they can win in the completive BIG 12 this year.

Coach Boynton brings a line up that features 4 guards and 1 forward, much like Coach Beard. First off is guard Isaac Likekele who is second in PPG and first in RPG. Guards Avery Anderson III and Keylan Boone both average around 7 points per game. Next is forward Matt Moncrieffe who could possibly get out-sized by MSS. Finally, Pre Season Wooden Award Finalist Cade Cunningham averages around 20 points per game.

On Saturday look for Texas Tech to get tested at home by OSU. For Texas Tech to win they need to minimize the number of open looks they give Cade Cunningham and make the open shots the Oklahoma State defense gives them. Side note: Look for the Red Raiders to feature a new starting line up featuring Kevin McCullar.
